Our Story
Q-Iman was founded in 2015 with a vision to make traditional Islamic education accessible to busy professionals, students, and families — without compromising depth or authenticity. We began with a handful of part-time courses and a passionate group of learners in Hainault, driven by the belief that knowledge should be both transformative and practical.
As our community grew, so did our programmes. In 2017, we launched the Arabic Awakened Programme, followed by the Islamic Sciences Diploma in 2018. The Specialisation Programme was introduced in 2020 for advanced students, and in 2022, we established our intensive Dawrah Programme.
From small classrooms and shared office spaces in East London, Q-Iman eventually found a permanent home at the Islamic Guidance Centre, with the generous support of Shaykh Mishkat Hasan. This move marked a turning point — allowing us to offer a stable and inspiring environment for learning and spiritual growth.
Since then, our annual programmes have sold out every year, a testament to the trust our community places in us and the relevance of our mission. We believe firmly that enabling full-time professionals and students to complete an ‘Alimiyyah or Islamic studies programme is key to building a future generation of qualified, confident leaders who serve the Ummah through their own specialities and strengths.
Q-Iman continues to grow as a hub of sincere, structured Islamic learning — and we are honoured to walk this path with you.
