Student Application Form
This application form is essential for a student to enrol on any of the annual programmes at Q-Iman and each If the application is successful, they will be called in for an interview with the directors and principal and if the applicant is successful, they will be offered a contract and will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 in order to secure their place on the course.
Application Process
Stage 1 - Application submission
Students will submit their application form which includes their personal information as well as their personal statement.
Stage 2 - Application review
The admin team will review the application and process the information before calling the applicant to arrange an interview
Stage 3 - Interview
Students will attend an interview with one of the directors of Q-Iman where they will have a chance to meet and discuss interview questions online via ZOOM.
Stage 4 - Contract
If the student is successful, the admin team will email a contract which will have a 14 day expiry date where students can sign and accept, or decline the contract.
Each applicant has 14 days after signing the contract to change their mind. After 14 days the student and the institute will be bound by the contract.
